Sales Development Representative Kansas City

You're ambitious, competitive, and you want to help rapidly scale a new product in a competitive market. Prior sales experience in a high-volume outbound environment is major plus, but not a must-have. If you have experience selling to property managers or owners in the multifamily CRE vertical, that's a huge plus as well.

Position Mission: As a member of the Sales Team, the SDR role has a strong focus on cold calling, lead generation, and data research. The role requires initiating contact with C-Suite, VP and Director level contacts to generate new opportunities for the Account Executives.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Hit your monthly quota for setting web demo’s with property managers and apartment owners. We have very specific criteria to meet for our “qualified prospects”.

  • Complete at least 40 outbound calls and emails per day for a total of 80 touches.

  • Consistent and accurate data contribution to Zego's sales database.

  • Conduct market research for specific geographic sales territories.

  • Understand and master the Zego sales techniques as well as other provided sales training materials.

Account Executive Kansas City

AE’s are the closers. At Zego, we cherish sales people. We realize without you that none of us have a job. Our culture is very sales oriented and we strive to recruit and retain the best sales talent. At Zego, AE’s are the second step in the sales funnel - you take qualified prospects from introduction to closed won.

Position Mission: Your mission is to exceed sales bookings goals for both gross profit and revenue.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Hit your monthly sales quota, measured in gross profit contribution and closed won opportunities.

  • Deliver and execute against quarterly forecasts, ensure pipeline is updated in CRM on a daily basis.

  • Ensure /data integrity at the “opportunity level” including Close Dates, Stages, and GP amounts.

  • Qualify prospects and set meetings for yourself along with the inside sales team.

  • Manage post-sales relationship to foster and obtain a minimum of 24 referrals or self generated qualified prospects per year.

What we are looking for:

  • At least three years prior B2B sales experience.

  • Ability to evangelize and articulate the company's vision and value proposition to all key stakeholders with a prospect.

  • An inherent “make it happen” and competitive hunter mentality, driven to exceed sales goals.

  • Must possess the polish, pedigree, and etiquette required to choreograph senior level meetings both virtually and at customer sites.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, but at the same time be able to take direction from sales executives.

Mobile Developer - React-Native Kansas City

You have developed several mobile applications on both Android and iOS, and have at least some experience developing apps with cross-platform functionality using React-native and some sort of state management library such as Redux or Flux. Ideally you'd also have some experience with other aspects of front-end development, such as CSS/SCSS, HTML, and all the related build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, etc).

Position Mission: Work in tandem with core API team to develop mobile applications using great UX principles while retaining a highly performant experience.

Expected Outcomes:

  • You are able to setup and maintain a development environment yourself, as well as maintain existing systems.

  • Ability to spec, build, test, and assist in deployment of all committed code.

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience with React-native + Redux (or another Flux-like state management library) is a must.

  • Experience with Phoenix web apps is major plus.

  • Must be able to work closely with the product manager and UX lead to follow predefined user stories and wire frames.

  • EProficiency with REST APIs.
